    Permit allows the transport of the remains of Hannah C. Carroll, aged 67 who died in Malone, new York (cause of death - Stricture Of Intestine) for burial in Concord New Hampshire.
    Permit names the Undertaker (or person in charge of transport) as H. C. Skinner, Malone Town Clerk at Frank Bigelow.
