    Description

    This is an early, deep olive green sand pontil ale or porter  bottle that's blown into a three piece mold, dating to around 1855-1875, measuring 10" tall by 3-1/4" diameter. Has a crude, hand tooled, drippy tapered lip, nice neck swirl, many entrapped air bubbles, and some whittle throughout the glass.
    In very good condition with only a tiny side embedded grain of white sand with a tiny chip around it, and a few light scuffs, otherwise fine.
