The V-5000 CPR Call Blocker comes with 5000 pre-loaded scam numbers, and you can add an additional 1500.  If the phone rings, and it is a scam or sales call you don't want, hit block, and that number cannot call you again...period...
This is the best unit I've found for landline telephones.
I no longer have a landline phone, so that is why I need to pass it on to someone who does, who hates to receive those annoying scam phone calls.
