REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
To return an item for a refund, replacement, or exchange:
Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. Package your goods properly. Any goods returned that is not in its original condition will not be accepted. Please write your name, your order number and the "RMA" number on the outside of your package to ensure correct and quick processing time. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return.
It's a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.
Once the item has been approved for resale, we will make any necessary changes to the order, issue refunds, store credits, exchanges, etc. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason simply purchase a new one and return the one you don't want and we will issue a full refund. Do not ship your item with a note to exchange it, because the item you want might be sold out or not available.
Please allow up to 4 days from the date your return is delivered to us and the Final Value Fee is credited back to our account for the refund to be issued.
You must pay for the shipping cost to return the item(s). If the item is being returned due to our error, you will be refunded for the original shipping charges incurred once we have received the returned goods and the item is inspected and approved for resale.
NOTE:
International returns, please consider the return cost before sending the item back to us. In some cases Buyers have kept the item and resold or gave it away as a gift due to the shipping cost!
