Also comes with original cardboard mat and "Cowboy Crunchies Presents" envelope.
Envelope is in good+ condition.  There is some noticeable wear, minor dog-eared corners, scratch on front surface and a piece of transparent tape to the left front.  Structurally sound no rips or tears.
Mat is in very good and clean condition.  Some minor creasing.
Litho print is in very clean and excellent condition.
Print and mat measure 11" x 14" and 11.25" x 14.25" envelope.
