This is a beautiful print with mat, which Disney Parks calls a "Deluxe Print." This piece was issued by the artist as part of the 50th Anniversary of Haunted Mansion at the event on August 8, 2019.
I included photo that show details of the "Ghostly" parts of the print - which may be difficult to see through the plastic packaging.
