    Description

    Leica M2 Rangefinder Camera 35mm Body - Excellent Condition - with Leather Case.
    Perfectly functional Leica M2 manufactured in 1958. Prior seller confirmed a CLA had been performed shortly before selling to me in January 2021. It operates smoothly and has never failed me during my time using it (I've put put dozens of rolls of film through it - see last image as an example photo taken with this camera). Cosmetically, it is not terrible - the leatherette grip is fully intact, and the body is mostly in good condition aside from a few minor dings and imperfections (of which I've included photos). The viewfinder is clear and the rangefinder patch is super bright, which makes focusing very easy (see second to last image).
    I'm also including as a bonus the original Leica camera strap and a Leica brand leather case. The camera includes flash sync port covers as you can see in the images.
    I am selling only because I've switched to using a Leica M4-P for the wider 28mm framelines, but in all honesty, this M2 operates much smoother and has a more reliable rangefinder patch. I'll be sad to see it go.
