I have listed for auction an ORIGINAL BALL BROTHERS GLASS MANUFACTURING COMPANY OLIVE GREEN PERFECT MASON QUART SIZED MASON FRUIT JAR made 1915-1923!  This JAR has NO MAJOR DAMAGE LIKE CRACKS or ISSUES THAT WOULD GREATLY AFFECT IT'S USE & VALUE; however, there is a SMALL PIN SIZED FLAKE out of the LIP that can be seen in picture #10.
It has the MOLD NUMBER "8" on the BASE.  This is a RED BOOK NUMBER 274 and it comes with a BALL ZINC LID & JAR RUBBER.  ALSO, this JAR has the "DROPPED A".
It has been over 100 years since these were made and only God knows how many have been lost in Floods, Tornadoes and Hurricanes or shot by kids with BB-Guns.  This is YOUR chance to ENHANCE your collection!  This JAR was made in several colors, with the most being made in BALL BLUE, AQUA & LIGHT GREEN and OLIVE GREEN is one of the rarer colors.
