RRRR "Confraternidad" Cancel Uruguay 1930 1st Soccer Football World Cup postmark

What is this ?
The postal authorities found a substitute formula to be present at the first World Cup. The solution was obtained when they put into circulation or rather when they start using a series of postmarks for canceling machines with propaganda of the event.
Unfortunately, no vintage material has been found on these to be able to conduct a comprehensive study with accurate data. Nor was it possible to locate email notices addressed to the press, which at that time was frequent. The lack of information is exacerbated because the postmarks did not fall within the philatelic framework and the collectors of that time did not give it importance.
On the dates in which they were used we can affirm that these began to circulate at the end of 1929, more precisely in December until the middle of 1930. The ink is common black, the one used by most postmarks of those years. In the same way as its shape, a dating circle and to the right of it, a recatangle containing the text in three lines.
Its wedge is made of metal, unlike the postmark for the 1924 series. They were used for extreme internal mail and as a cancellation of receipt or to return to the sender.
4 different texts are known.
This one that is offered for sale is the  rarest of the 4 that exist ! I have found in a stamp alone is a pitty an entire cover not found still unique wonderful desirable item
