Description & condition:
Model 1623 six transistor radio in shape of gas pump with leatherette case, leatherette strap pieces & original box
Box labeled "HONG KONG" and radio marked "BRITISH CROWN COLONY OF HONG KONG"
Ratio in good overall condition
- although interior is very clean with exception of place where there was a foam cushion to hold battery in place;
does not work when tested with a battery
- ear phone plug not tested
- slight wear & surface deterioration to silver area of radio
- red plastic areas in very good condition
- insert slot to open case slightly scraped
Case in good condition with the exception of the strap handle that is broken
- snap works well
- minor abrasion & wear to edges of the case
Box in good condition
- minor surface wear
- slight fading
- several scratches & cuts on underside
