Vintage Ribbon Consigliere Mafia Italian Italy Flag Parade Ceremonial 16" c1920

Vintage and super rare Ceremonial Event Hand Stitched Gold Consigliere and Satin Ribbon with Italy Flag Colors and vintage Safety Pin.  We have obtained several vintage Italian Heritage ceremonial items owned by a family in W. Warwick RI (Natick) dated approx. 1910-1920 and feel this is from the same time period.   No other info noted on ribbon but I guess those were the days you could display your title or role.  The word is most closely related to Mafia or council to the Mafia boss but consigliere could have also been a council member or title related to community.  Measures 16"L x 2.5"W.  Condition is very good couple of small stains and some wrinkling.   This is a great piece of Italian heritage - and history of early immigrants into the U.S.   This will ship fast and FREE!  Contact us any questions and please follow our store we focus on rare and unique.
