Wolfhound Cast Metal Lightpost Cover???
I am really not sure what this old piece is. It appears to possibly be a lightpost cover. It has two round openings that may have held glass and there are mounting holes (one is broken) on the bottom. It is a heavy cast metal with worn green and gold paint.
Overall the square measures 5" x 5" x 5", (8" to the top of the dog which looks like a Wolfhound).
It is an interesting object to sit on a shelf or perhaps place over a small candle holder.
