Shipping time is mostly about 2-3 weeks to receive the item as Registered Air Mail package with the tracking number (or by registered and insured Air Mail parcel for heavy items), but sometimes (but not very often) it can be up to two month.
If you need really fast shipping, DHL and UPS are available here, but shipping a metal 35mm camera can cost over 0, thus this kind of shipping is rarely used.
All items are packed in solid carton boxes with soft material inside to protect your item on its long way to your home.
We mark all the packages and parcels as a "Gift", with low custom's value, thus You'll have the chance avoid extra taxes at Your country. However Custom's officers can have own opinion regarding it and can require taxes, it will not our problem, sorry please.
Tracking numbers are available now, but mostly we can track our packages inside Russia only, then you can look for it at national postal service of your country... just ask me please if you need the tracking number.
Shipping time below two months is NOT sufficient reason to claim a refund, because Russian Mail can be a bit slow even with airmail, but mostly we see 2-3 weeks shipping time worldwide.
